1. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds will be considered for services, courses, or events that have not been accessed, delivered, or attended.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Services:

  • No refunds will be provided for services that have been fully delivered or completed, including one-to-one mentorship sessions, corporate training, and life coaching sessions.

  • Digital products, such as downloadable courses or materials, are non-refundable once accessed.

Live Events or Workshops:

  • Refunds for live events, workshops, or coaching sessions will not be provided if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event start time.

Processing of Refunds:

  • All approved refunds will be processed within  7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Any transaction fees incurred during the purchase will not be refunded.

2. Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Clients may cancel their bookings for services or events by providing written notice via email to therajatarora@outlook.com.

  • For one-to-one mentorship or corporate training, cancellations must be made at least  48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of fees.

Provider-Initiated Cancellations:

  • rajatarora.biz reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services, courses, or events due to unforeseen circumstances, such as technical issues or speaker unavailability.

  • In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule their booking.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  • All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to therajatarora@outlook.com.

  • Include your name, contact information, order details, and a brief explanation for the request.

  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to verification of eligibility under this policy.
